Because I don't enjoy digesting 9GM of salt every night, I've opted to stick with GBL. As far as the "supposed" health benefits go, I would love to hear an explanation as to how GBL does not have the same benefits as GHB, being as one is the prodrug of the other, ergo going under the same metabolic processes. The health benefits of ghb/gbl are well documented and easily found to reference. If anyone is interested, I am more than willing to provide this research. My initial question still stands, in regards to GBL (or GHB if you'd prefer).
note: now i know someone is going to mention ingesting K-GHB, but i just don't like the idea of altering the na-/k+ cycle. Putting too much K+ in the human body, as everyone knows, disrupts muscle function (regarding contraction, specifically the cardiac system, etc)
