quick crack question

howcome crack will foam up and turn orange/black when trying to smoke it?

im assuming its the cut, or i used too much/too little baking soda, or even possibly im cooking it wrong.


I tried mixing .5g of blow with .10 of baking soda and i put a few drops of water in and cooked it untill it completelystopped bubbling, i smoked it and it was awfull

i mixed .5g of blow with .10 baking soda and heated it untill it was bubbling a bit, i let it chill for a half minute and scooped it with my penny, (this made a much beter product) but it still foamed up and turned black/orange when i tried to smoke it, kinds like it was burning. it would catch on fire. both times.

i also noticed when i added the water there was very small rocks which werent dissolving, looked like crushed pill maybe.

usually when u apply to much heat it will just instantly melt down it doesnt catch on fire or turn a blackish ornagish colour. this stuff slowly melts and catches on fire sometime's as well as turns a brownish yellowish orangeish colour

is it because im not giving it enough time to dry? i usally smoke it right after i cook it or soon after, it looks hard and dry when i smoke it though.

does crack with too much baking soda have the charictaristics im speaking of, i suspect the coke im geting may already be cut with baking soda

Surely its bound to have some baking soda in it as that the technique used to convert from Coke HCL, unless it was washed up super well
 
Are you sure that the coke you are buying is actually coke and not just some type of crushed up pills,as I could imagine pills turning strange colours when heated up.
 
First of all, you are not making the crack properly, unless you failed to mention it. First you get a large spoon, your coke, some water and another cup of ice water,and some baking soda. You mix 3 or 4 parts coke to one part baking soda..Example=1 gram of coke + .25 ish gram of baking soda.You mix in more than a few drops of water, you can use an insulin syringe to do it, add to a 1/2 gram of coke, about .15 gram of baking soda, and about 30-40 units of water, in other words enough water to cover the coke and baking soda and stir them up , then heat the spoon till it bubbles, then add some ice cold water to the mix, take a kinfe blade thats been in cold water and stir up the solution, you should see the coke and baking soda combining togther by the cold knife blade or whatever you use, if you still have stuff not dissolved in the water , then you heat it up again, and again add cold water and stir it with something, cold knive blade is a good thing, you will see the coke and baking soda attract to the knife blade and the cold water causing them to bind together better, if you still have stuff undesolved heat again, and again add cold water and stir it, if it's all clumping up together and nothing is left in the water , then you pour the water out and let the crack lay on a table or surface and dry..then after a few minutes the crack will be dry enough, put it in a glass pipe/tube open at both ends,put a piece of steel wool inside one end and push it in a biy, leaving space for you to put a piece of rock, heat it by starting the flame on the outside of the glass pipe, then put the flame in front of the pipe and inhale semi-slowly, the crack will "run" from the flame and get caught in the steel wool, holding in the hit for as long as you can..lol..then hit it agian, or add another piece of rock, after a fewe rocks the steel wool can be hit with inhaling easily on the pipe, letting the flame touch near the steel wool, and the residue of the crack vapors from the rocks you have smoked will be on the steel wool, giving you an extra good hit or two, then add another rock, etc.. You should never have trouble with the crack vaporizing.smoking when a flame is put to the front of the pipe and you inhale on it, the crack melts immediatly, should leave nothing but melted crack residue behind unless you only put a small rock that you smoked up in one hit, a yellowish or reddish oil is seen sometimes when smoking a large piece of crack, but it does not take time to melt, and never burns black!! You need to make it properly for one thing, and make sure your coke is not cut with some garbage that makes it burn and turn black!! Sounds like you have gotten some low grade coke and it's cut with any number of things that will just burn black, thats not coke or baking soda that is doing that, it's some cut ass shitty coke IMO..
 
I've done my fair share of coke but thanks fek I always managed to talk myself out of washing it up....by doing another line ;)
 
I used to love crack a few years back. No matter how much you have though its never enough you always wish you had bought one more rock.
Probably a good job that we can't get it in our town anymore.
 
cocaine is a waste of time to cook into crack as most coke is garbage on the streets. if u got a trusty connect and its bomb coke, do ur thing and cook it up. most people who smoke crack dont even prefer snorting cocaine, we (me including) look for the instant rush as we inhale the crack smoke, so snorting i dont have the patience for. if i have cocaine i just IV IT. if i have crack and am in the mood, i shoot it too with vinagear (only if the crack is good quality) which 75% time crack is high quality, the crack round my area is soo good i can literally smell the cocaine scent when i smell the rocks, or when i mix it with vineager, the vapors just hit my nose and i just know damn this shit is raw
 
I don't think vinegar is the best thing to use, it contains other things apart from acetic acid and it doesn't strike me as the best thing to IV.. here is a guide on converting crack freebase to cocaine. I am no expert I must say!
