I'm going to take 5-APB tomorrow. I've been using Yohimbe (3x500mg) to facilitate the extinction of traumatic memories (I won't dig up any links but it has been studied in trauma research) sometimes and it has worked for me.

As I take only rarely take drugs, I would like to know if should be safe taking 1500mg of Yohimbe with about 200mg of 5-APB. I really don't have to so just answer the question please, I'm no idiot. Except when I am of course..

Sounds like mixing a stimulant with a stimulant, which is usually pretty dangerous. Somebody with more experience will be able to chime in shortly, I'm sure.

Doesn't sound like something worth risking to me. If you are self-medicating with the Yohimbine, and you want to take 6-APB, just lay off your usual doses of the Yohimbinee until you are fully baseline from the 6-APB rather than putting yourself at any unnecessary risk.

Personally I can't advise either way here for certain - but at the very least I think it'd be a very unpleasant and overly stimulating combination, so just cut out the Yohimbine for a day or two if you want to try out 6-APB :)

jesus, he was reffering to 5 apb, not 6...
in my experience, 5apb is seemingly less stimulating than 6. but this is just a subjective impression, in reality it might even be the other way around.

yohimbe is a stimulat, but is out of your system pretty fast. so you could jsut interrupt your yohimbine for the day? or the idea was to mix them on purpose?
(on a side note, i dislike yohimbe, its powdered uncomfortableness for me)

I would definitely skip it. Yohimbine is a mild serotonin reuptake inhibitor, has a narrow therapeutic index, and increases blood pressure. 5-APB releases tons of serotonin, and, I think, like most amphetamine-like stimulants, raises blood pressure. It's quite plausible that synergistic effects of their combined activity are dangerous.

Oops must have been tired, I read every instance of 5 as 6 for some reason, but yes, my point still stands. Doesn't sound like a good mix..
