Quick advice

Hello,
Not so sure about the potency of Xanax and the half life etc....
Took a 0.25mg Xanax at 11am with no tolerance. Is it alright to go out with friends and get wasted 8.5 hours later? Don't wanna die....

The half-life of alprazolam is around 11 hours. A low dose of a benzo combined with slight alcohol consumption won't be fatal, and there's not a whole lot of unmetabolised alpraz in your system, but definitely be mindful of a potential interaction when drinking.

Definitely do not drink while on benzos.

You will black out easier, just don't drink a lot.
