Quick Advice Please!

I have recently acquired 5mg of Oxymorphone. Would snorting all 5 be safe if I have been perfectly fine off of 20mg Oxycodone, and up to 50mg Hydrocodone? I know I've read that Oxymorphone is 2x as potent as Oxycodone, however is this taking into account the 10% Oral Bioavailability, or would this be a 100% for 100% comparison.

Let me know what you think soon, heard this stuff can do some damage if not properly dosed. Thanks.

We ain't here for emergency advice on how to get high. Do half, if not happy increase. Read the opiate conversion chart. You should be fine.

It's not emergency advice, I would just like to do it soon. I've read the conversions, I'm just confused as to if it is based on bioavailability or not.

5mg oxymorphone IV'd is equipotent to 100mg Oxycodone oral. Seing as the bioavailability snorted is 40% compared to 100% IV you drop 60 percent of that and say 5mg oxymorphone insufflated is equipotent to 40mg oxycodone oral.

keep in mind those figures in the charts are only pertinent to analgesic properties, not recreational effects and only act as a guide.

i don't have any experience with oxymorphone but from accounts it points to oxymorph nasal absorption being a lot better than oral dosing.

start with the minimal amount (1mg, so split the powder into 5 roughly even piles) and titrate from there.

Thanks for the info guys, Tripman, you were somewhat right. 20 min. after blowing 2.5 I felt like I was on maybe 10mg oxy, so I did another 4th and that was a good dose even though I haven't done opiates in approximately a month, and even then sparingly. Shit's pretty potent and has me itching worse than any other opiate (it feels so good though). Not getting a major nod like my friend described though.
