Wowzers.....................so in your estimation, 1200mcgs of Fentanyl is like 2400mgs of Oxycodone, wow.......thats is super insane! Is this correct?? Doesnt seem to be.

Be very careful with that lolipop dude!
 
I've used so much fent through buccal administration of the patches that the 800mcg actiqs didn't even help my withdrawal. If the OP is a noob, sure, he'd be very foolish to take this drug lightly but others might like to know it really fucks your tolerance up big time.

This is the main reason why I wont touch fentanyl, if this wasnt the case, I would have tried it by now.
 
Actiq appears to be so incredibly expensive, espesially the higher dosage, I cannot even fathom what they would go for after market?
 
respect to you man,(to Oxyman) trying to save people. Other ppl here, work your way up with Fent and dont be stupid...tolerance/ego/ blabla....if you've never hit this drug hard, then assume the worst and start small. If you wanna get fucked up and it didnt happen on a small dose, you can always get fucked up and have fun next time. Be smart and dont be in a rush to get high.

1200 mcg of IV fentanyl is equivalent to 2400 mg of oxycodone.

Again that is INTRAVENOUS fentanyl and the conversions are meant for the total dosage over a 24 hour period, the transmucosal route is a little less potent but not much less. This is just to give you an idea that fentanyl can be just like playing russian roulette. It is insanely potent! First time fentanyl users die all the time because they do not realize how potent it is. It is 500 to 1000 times more potent than codeine. There really is no generally accepted conversion factor for Actiq to any other opiates. 1 mcg of Actiq is not even equivalent to 1 mcg of it's cousin Fentora (fentanyl buccal tablets).

Even if you are opiate tolerant 1200 mcg of Actiq is a huge dose so be very careful. When it doubt avoid it altogether!
