Bupe questions about withdrawal

so i thougt i was in for a major sickness..but was only sick for a day.
grante it i did between 1/4-1/3 of a 8 mg pill last night, but i noremally would be in a lot more pain..
what do u guy/galls think
im i just procrastinateing the sickness ...and yes i was iv'ing

As far as the content of your posts go, perfect spelling and grammar are not mandatory (although their absence will likely turn off some potential respondents), however when it comes to thread titles please try to be as accurate as possible for future search purposes and so forth.

You didn't give nearly enough information about your situation for anyone to comment. All we know is you took 2-3mg of buprenorphine last night... not what your prior habit consisted of (drug of choice, doses, length of use, etc.) or any other details.

To be honest, I'm probably going to close this (and already edited the title from "how long r the w/ drawlls) but I'll give you and other posters a chance to see if worthwhile discussion develops.

i taperd down to 4 mg a gay i was sick as hell yesterday.
lastnight my mom gave me 1/4-1/3 of an 8mg pill.
i shot that at abou1 or 2 amlast night/this morn
did the wash @ aroun 6:00am
i should feel wores than i do fromwhat im told about subs, and past experince w/ heroin
so is it normal to feel ok after a year of subs(amont rangeing from 8mg iv to 1mg iv)
i felt horrable yesterday and shit this morn. but by noon iy was like nothing happend, but i took valium and smoked cannabis, tha drank. i was feeling "ok" mbefor..just trying to make shure i dont feel like shit
if the other chems. are causing me to feel ok iwant to know
if the worst is over id like to know
is this clear enough
ive learnd that shot thtead post get faster asnsweres

The half life of bupe leads to less severe yet more prolonged withdrawals. I would not say that you are necessarily over the worst part yet and you'll likely be withdrawing for some time but it probably will not get as severe as you expect/are used to.

Not to mention that cannabis, alcohol and diazepam will certainly mitigate any withdrawal discomfort.

(side note: using firefox will implement spell-check into your post. it will underline misspelled words and offer suggestions if you right click on them. It annoyingly lacks many drug terms but can be useful otherwise).

It hasn't even been 24 hours as far as I can understand.. In my past experience bupe withdrawals wouldn't even start being really noticeable for a good 2-3 days after my last dose. And, you shot 2or3 mg last night, which would be more than enough to keep you from getting sick, especially if you have already tapered down to 4mg. If you do not dose any more sub from here on out, expect withdrawals to slowly start sweeping over you in the next couple days. Like mentioned above, they are less severe, but much more drawn out compared to heroin.

Also just for the record if you made the effort to type a little more legibly, you will probably get more responses. It if very hard to decipher your posts, and many people will just not even bother reading your post when they look at it and it doesn't look legible. Not trying to be a dick or anything, but just some constructive criticism.

like i saiid on countless post, i cant spell
and my keys r fuccked up
it had been 24 hours befor i redosed. and i get sick about 6 hrs after a shot
i waited a good 24 hrs and gave in....but felt sick (6 hrs) later.
so i dont know what to think

Bupe has such a long half-life, I think over 30 hours.. I can usually go about 1.5 days of no bupe before noticing anything. Usually it's just mental withdrawal that kicks in pretty quick (18-24 hours).
