first off, don't ever snort vicodin. This statement alone makes we wonder if you should be messing with heroin. but for harm reduction's safe I'll tell you what I used to do.
I used to take a visene bottle and clean it out real well (I used isopropyl alcohol 75% and washed it out well, then let it evaporate and dry because eye drops will cause serious diarrhea and vomiting).
Then I got a cooker (or spoon) and mixed all the tar I had with water, and if it was still sludgy, I'd add some heat to it. Once I got a decent brown liquid, I'd suck it up with the visene bottle and squirt it in my nose.
What you want to do is spray a tiny tiny amount up your nose (while snorting) until you reach your high.
I applaud you for not using needles, but to be honest, plugging and shooting are the best ways to use tar.
A lot of people smoke it, but very few do the "monkey water" method as explained above because it tastes/smells disgusting
The only way to snort black tar aside from this method is to get the tar that comes in really hard chunks, that can be crushed and broken into powder, This is usually the best tar you can get, but is only seen in certain parts of the country
