Questions about my vitamin/nootropic regimen

Finally got one of those daily pill sorters with a night & day separation. About to fill it shortly, but before I do, wanted to ask what the best time of day was for the following vitamins.

Also, if anyone notices any potential health issues, bad combinations or suggestions for this list, please let me know. Been taking these for a few weeks without any noticeable bad side effects but definitely willing to listen if anyone has any warnings or advice to give.

I have a couple more specific questions or info in parenthesis.

2x 800mg Piracetam Capsules
1x 500mg Acetyl-L-Carnitine
2x 250mg Chelated Magnesium
1x 1000mg Flaxseed Oil
1x 65mg Iron (equivalent to 325mg of Ferrous Sulfate)
1x 500mg Calcium (For some reason I remember reading that taking Calcium w/ Magensium has some effect, and seen bottles with both combined, but I can't remember what effects?)
1x 500mg Vitamin C (time released with "Rose Hips"... what's Rose Hips?)
1x 3mg Melatonin (I normally don't take this, is it safe/advisable to take nightly to aid regular sleep schedule?)
1x 500mg Niacinamide (Anti-anxiety and minor assistance in lowering blood pressure. I occasionally take 1.5g when I'm having really bad anxiety or my blood pressure rises to high and it helps and confirmed with BP monitor. Take this in the morning.)

I am also considering taking a daily aspirin since hypertension runs in my family, I'm not asking if I should, all I would like to know is if there is a potential reaction with anything in the above regimen.

Thanks for any assistance y'all can provide!

Shouldn't be any interactions, as far as I can tell. I'd recommend doing a smaller dose of melatonin though, 3mg usually isn't needed, just do 0.5-1mg nightly. Choline supplement are also recommended when using -racetams.

I think this may fit better in Healthy Living.

BDD --> HL

(HL mods, if you think its actually best in BDD, feel free to shoot it back over.)

nAON, I was under the impression that Acetyl-L-Carnitine was a Choline supplement?

I know there are supposedly better ones, but haven't gotten around to researching it and ordering it online.

Thanks for the advice on Melatonin.

Also, thanks for moving this to Healthy Living. Was looking for this forum but couldn't find it when I created the thread.

Honestly, not too sure, though I just assumed that if it didn't contain the word 'choline', it wasn't a choline supplement.

It is.
1x 65mg Iron
If you're male I would drop this entirely.

Mg and Ca have a funny relationship. They're both divalent cations, and they don't seem to like each other ;) For example in muscle contraction and blood coagulation, they are known to compete with and antagonize each other, with Ca promoting these processes and Mg inhibiting them. Another example is secretion of parathyroid hormone(PTH), a compound that is of vital importance to Ca homeostasis, which is affected not only by serum Ca levels but Mg leves as well. For reasons like this(and many others) it is advisable to have an optimum ratio of the two.

Rose hips is nothing to worry about. Just a plant source of vit c.
1x 3mg Melatonin (I normally don't take this, is it safe/advisable to take nightly to aid regular sleep schedule?)
It's certainly safe(as in there is absolutely no danger of toxicity) @ 3mg doses. However, you are likely to reduce your endogenous production by taking this amount on a daily basis. I don't have any left atm, but I used to take 250µg-300µg per night.

No

You are missing vit D though. There is no stack that should be without this IMO.

Thanks delta_9!

Yeah I dropped the Iron after finding more information.

I don't eat meat nearly as much as I used to and my room mate is anemic so figured why not, but researching it showed it is potentially bad.

Vitamin D, despite my lack of sunlight, I generally drink about a gallon of vitamin d milk every 3 days. Suppose I'll be good on that, unless there is something I'm unaware of?

People just seem to be getting less and less of it(vit D) is all. There have also been some really exciting studies done recently about vit D and long term health/anti again/etc and it looks very promising.
One can only really know how much(if any) they need to supplement by way of a blood test. If memory serves, serum levels of 25-D should be no more than about 45ng/mL for a male.
Calcium deficiency is also practially unheard of when one is getting enough vit D.

I take 2,000IU per day during the winter months and half that in the summer. I should mention unless a specific food has been fortified I eat almost no foods with vitamin D.

Best value for anyone looking to get into nootropics! My current routine is 20mg Noopept sublingually upon waking, then 750mg Aniracetam + 500mg Choline Bitartrate after breakfast. I redose the Aniracetam/Choline twice during the day. Keeps me feeling great all day! Oxiracetam is great for plowing through an entire day at the library as well.
