Questions about LSD and extremely strong trip

So last may I decided to trip with some of my friends and long story short had the worst trip ever landing me in the hospital and later jail. I took 2 hits of unknown potency blotter my friend got from a local chemist who makes them. this was the chemists last batch so he said they were super potent. I had tripped off of one of these tabs before and had an amazing trip but this time I took 2 and I was in a whole different dimension. To this day I still cant really grasp what happened but I was tripping so hard 5 hours after dosing that my vision disassociated from my body into the spiral geometrical patterns that took over everything and my whole vision was engulfed by this infinite spiral of patterns and I honestly couldn't have told you where I was or what I was seeing, and none of my senses went to the right receptors if that makes any sense, and then I got hit with a loop where a whole moment in time would keep repeating itself, And I felt completely empty like I had no soul and it seemed to last for eternity.
So anyway,how much LSD can be put on a regular blotter? I swear just these 2 tabs felt like a heroic dose and I totally lost my shit around the 5 hour mark, why was I still inclining at that time mark? And does anyone know what I'm talking about when I say my vision disassociated from me?
I am just curious how I tripped so hard because I had no clue acid could actually be that powerful that I could be completely removed from my body.Time disappeared8o, Reality was nowhere in sight.just patterns inside of more patterns inside of patterns... OH and I had diamonds with eyes in the top right corner of them telling me that I shouldn't be doing this(Tripping)...Based off the levels of psychedelic experience id honestly say it was a solid +++++.
Please share what you have to think about this. snip

There is no way to know what drug you actually took without testing it. You can get the proper reagents for fairly cheap. How long did the trip last? Why did you go to the hospital? Were you medically in danger or were you just "freaking out"?

Yes, the type of experience you described is entirely possible with lsd. It sounds like you took a very high dose, regardless of what you took. Most lsd blotters on the street have around 50ug but it is certainly possible to fit upwards of 1000ug on a single blotter depending on the size.

I'd say I tripped for a solid 9 hours before I completely lost it. But it was like I kept tripping harder every hour, it was really ridiculous. I remember asking when we would be back to reality.
 
Lot of red flags. Maybe you weren't used to real LSD. The DEA says LSD is actually pretty rare today. Most of what is sold as LSD is DOI - DOC -DOB -2CI - etc. That shit can kill you, but psychologically is mild relative to real LSD.
 
Sounds like you may have taken an extremely high dose. I've had a somewhat similar experience on ~1.5mg of LSD but I lost my mind about an hour in, not 5 hours. Maybe one specific event/thought sent you in a spiral? LSD has always been the most difficult for me after the peak and on the come down.
 
ungodly amounts of LSD can fit onto 2 blotters if it's not diluted significantly, which LSD traditionally is when made "street ready". I've had a similar experience, minus the hospital and jail, and the only reason i didn't end up in either was because i was out to trip that hard and put myself in a safe position whereas it sounds like you were dosed with a MASSIVE amount of LSD you weren't ready for. What you described, the complete disassociation, loss of reality, infinite collapsing patterns and the timeless loop are all very well documented experiences at heroic doses. I experienced all of this off of a purposefully dosed 10 strip of some VERY powerful LSD, and even after having spent weeks preparing myself it was an extremely heavy experience. (I don't believe in "bad trips", just "terrifying moments" and difficult trips ;) ) I'm willing to bet that it was your friends or family who ended up taking you to the hospital, as i doubt you could have dialed 911 in that state of mind. but it really doesn't sound like to big of a mystery to me, you got dosed with some ass-kicking LSD and went to a place where few have gone. +++++ for sure %)

Really? Everything i've read about DOC suggests it's on the same level, if not more profound than LSD. I'm getting some, i'll let myself know.

OP, i would guess that you could fit over 2000mics on a single blotter unit, those must have been some good hits.

Hi major.

Is there any other drug that could provoke que same experiences you listed? Loss of reality, timeless loops, etc. Because i just had one. If there was a time where i thought i was going to die, this was it. I have taken acid before, but not anything like this... which makes me wonder if it was really acid or as you say, a very potent dose of acid.

EDIT: Also, great jittery/shaking.

Holy shit how did you come across taking that much? Im not sure I was even coming down at the 9 hour mark Im pretty sure the only reason I didn't trip for days was the IV at the hospital. I was becoming increasingly uncomfortable because I was somewhere I hadn't been sober losing reality by the second or hour or whatever time is.

Im very interested to hear about your experience, apparently most people will never experience a +++++. My friend actually called the police and left because he thought I was going to kill him, but yea I had no idea what my phone was lol

I would say DOB is on the same level with LSD in every way never tried DOC though.
 
Another thing I forgot to add was that in the hospital they said my potassium levels where EXTREMELY low. why was that? I eat a pretty healthy balanced diet.
 
Sounds like a strong dose. Not forgetting the age old, beat to death concept of: Set and Setting.

2 hits can feel like 10 in a wrong (or overstimulated) environment.

Took 5 hits back in January on a secluded beach...took a short walk to 'civilisation' and the intensity was maginified x5.
 
The setting wasn't the best because my brain kept looping back to the fact that I had no idea where this persons house was, and then I would re assure myself or my friend would tell me he knew the way home. So when I lost it and didn't know where I was in time or space and felt myself disappearing in a way, I tried to pull everyone into a group to hug me so I could connect with reality but they thought I was insane( Im sure I wasn't making sense to them). After that is where I blasted off and blacked out.
I was under the impression I was taking a recreational dose so I wasn't extremely worried about where I was beforehand. You live and you learn I suppose.
 
Guysm just to confirm, im my case, it was 25i-NBOMe not acid. I recognized the drawings on the blotter on a site that analyzes that kind of stuff.
