Questions about LSA Extraction

Hello everyone, nice to meet you.

I'm interested in following Kram's LSA Extraction Tek, and my one concern is just that I'm going to have to buy a couple of things that it requires off the internet. Nothing illegal, but could I be put on some sort of watchlist or something for buying some of the ingredients he requires?
