Questions about Heroin

I've some questions related to heroin I hope that you guys help me here coz the google doesn't have all the answers and i know that people here in Bluelight knows better than anybody else

1- I used to IV'ing heroin for 9 month now and every time i do i got that dry mouth, i can eat what ever i want and its ok but if i drink a half glass of water or any juice i have to throw up, can anyone tell me why?

I don't know about #1. on top of it?
For #2 I would say if you are sure they are just testing for benzos, cannabis and tramadol then it should not detect heroin use. I'd be a bit hesitant because this is an odd assortment of substances for a drug test. How confident are you that your friend knows for sure this is what they are testing for? I'm in the USA so I don't know a thing about Egypt, but over here if a company drug tests they do a least 5-panel test which includes morphine/codeine (if your on heroin you will test positive for morphine). Are you sure its not going to be a 5-panel that also tests for benzos and does an opioid panel on top of it?

its not 5-panel test, its just a stick they put it into the urine if it shows one line that's negative and two line means positive

Try reducing your dose, eating before dosing, and laying on your back to relieve the nausea.
