Someone gave me a yellow bar (New Orleans), and it looks pretty jacked up, so I'm almost positive that it's fent, but when I crushed it up and tasted it, it unmistakenly tastes like Xanax, so now I'm really not sure. Any thoughts? and do people shoot fent bars?

Jacked up could be the last pill in a bottle without cotton, that has traveled far possibly even jogging or fuckin running from the 5-O fuck might of had a close call with a washer machine. This can jack up the pill score or whatever was readable and make bits crumble off. Could be Xanax, could be fent, tranq, could be fake all around.

Xanax pills/bars are pretty damn brittle, I rarely ever had one that wasn’t sitting in a bottle at home keep its 100% original look/shape. Keeping them in a baggie, in a zippered pouch in a bag and taking it out periodically to take one even causes enough rub to fuck them up. I haven’t really fucked with any benzos since before they started pressing fent into everything though, so maybe your definition of jacked up is different than mine lol.
But like Opana said, nobody can tell you what it really is other than a test. There’s tons of “real” fake bars around and apparently some of them taste like alprazolam. I say “real” because they’re just RC benzos pressed into fake Xanax bars. But IMO not worth the risk if you don’t know

I mean, there's no way to know exactly what's in there unless you send it to a lab for testing. For the meantime, you could test it with fentanyl test strips or maybe a benzodiazepine test strip as well... though I’m not sure if RC benzos will show up on a BZD test strip.
I doubt there’s fentanyl in there; I haven’t heard of fentanyl bars in years (it’s strange that it was even a thing in the first place, considering alprazolam-pressed bars existed over 10 years ago on the onions). It’s probably just bromazolam, which will likely be extinct soon, or the new RC benzo that’s appearing in bars, phenazolam. But, take this with a grain of salt. My guess is that it's just a poorly pressed pill, but who knows? Every single fake Xanax bar I’ve taken was bitter (they literally add bittering agents to replicate alprazolam), but these ones are from "reputable" onion vendors who have practically perfected pressed Xanax.

Oh it could DEFNITELY be Fentanyl and the only way to know it to test it and you can get the tests on the site named after the worlds largest river in Brazil which I can't name or support and you can definitely find them elsewhere.

Depending on who “someone” is…it seems safe to assume this person is just an acquaintance, maybe do some research online to identify it. Then you’ll know for sure what you’re dealing with. But, maybe it doesn’t matter…let us know what happens
