Questions about DXM

My cat has been using DXM(Dextromethorphan) for about 3 years. Never tripped over 10 times. A majority of the trips were in the 2nd plateau. I have never taken over 350 mg.

Would 450 mg put my cat near the 3rd plateau?

My cat has just taken 50 mg of diphenhydramine to combat the nausea. How long should he wait before dosing on the DXM?

I realize this is a week late, but I don't like to see a zero-reply thread, so no, 450 is a second plateau dose for most folks (though if you're surviving on a diet of grapefruit and cannabis, you'd be in for a wild ride).

Also, we do not do the my cat/SWIM thing here, it does not protect you from The Man, and makes posts difficult to read. If you check out the User Agreement, you will see it is explicitly forbidden in Rule #1, so just stick with first person pronouns in the future.
