A couple days ago I returned from a trip with friends. I took with me;
5 54mg Concerta
6 15mg Focalin
25 0.5mg Xanax
Weed n Booze

The routine was;
Wake up 8-10am, take 1 concerta and 1 Xanax. Redose Xanax around 6pm or if needed otherwise. During the day id be smoking weed, cigarettes and drinking beers. Like 15throughout the day. In the night id bust out the focalin and start snorting lines of it. Small ones. I had crushed up all the beads and put the powder back into the caps so I didn't have to go thru that trouble.

Anyway, this was the routine for 5days. But there was one day I took a 2nd concerta to stay up throughout the night and party and then slept the next day.

What I'm concerned about is how I felt. I enjoyed it. But I think I was putting a massive strain on my heart. Keep in mind I had 0 tolerance to any of these drugs at the time. But like I'd get sharp pains in my chest, weird pains in my left hand, body going numb, terrible problems breathing. Like I actually would have to breathe for myself. It became voluntary! That's fucked. But these nerve racking side effects only really became apparent when I'd be doing the focalin. Idk why I just didn't bother with the focalin but the feelings were so nice. I realized it wasnt much like MPH at all. There was always the feeling of not wanting to talk or move present.

Are any of these side effects I experienced normal? Or did I push the envelope too much? I feel okay but I know organ damage takes a while to show. I got small pains in my kidney but wasn't bad. It happened like once. It was mainly in my chest.

chest pains, body and left hand going numb, to me sounds like you pushed it. yeah, they're normal side effects... if you do too much.

stims are crazy unhealthy for your heart, and MPH sucks on this category because ime it gives so little euphoria compared to physical jitteriness. i mean last week i did a shot of 30mg MPH that got my heart pounding at 150bpm for over an hour and for hours i could feel it pumping on my chest, and all i had was small euphoria/motivation that lasted like 20 minutes after the shot. had i snorted a line of (good) coke, i'd be infinitely more euphoric and i'm pretty sure my heart rate wouldn't be over 120bpm.

so, that's it, MPH is very physical, and will put a lot of strain in your heart, and even worse if it's the Concerta because then it'll last for so long... stimulants are unhealthy, take care
