i have been having back pain so bad i cant xontract and im going o the doctor tomorrw the hink is i take xanax and i hear your no supposed to mix stuff like vicodin when you on xanax. I think its a sprained back and it really hursm does anyone know if theres a pain pill that wont affect my xanax, maybe a muscle relaxer or somethig like that?

I know its hard to give me a good answer since your ot a doc or anything

and no im not trying to get high i have legit pain

If you're using it at medical doses, it should be relatively safe. Maybe try reducing your xanax dosage slightly initially if you're worried.

Have you tried using strong NSAIDs already, like ibuprofen?

if you take the opiate AS PRESCRIBED, then you will be OK with taking a low dose of alprazolam

I take Xanax for panic disorder (just switched from Klonopin) and I have an opiate habit. When I do half a dosage of Xanax with opiates, I'm fine, but when I do my full dosage or more, I either pass out or act like a complete idiot. So definitely try splitting your dose of Xanax at least while you're on the opiates.

yah i tried ibuprophen but it didnt work, im still having spasms and i cant contract my back anymore. What would he give me do you think?

I get 5 mg of klonopin and an ungodly amount of pain meds. Its the doctors call. Just dont make an issue of it.

The doctor will have loads of things at their disposal and will take care of you.
