I believe the term "rolling" is generally what our American friends refer to when high on MDMA more commonly know as Ecstasy.

A Trip on the other hand is what most people would refer to LSD as, I would suggest that if you don't know the difference then do not take the LSD and make sure you read up on ecstasy and be sure that what you are getting is actually that substance, a regular user would be abel to tell you within 30mins or popping the pill
 
I think "rolling on a trip" means taking ecstasy while already under the influence of LSD. Aka "candyflipping".

I really don't understand how anyone can take two drugs like these together, but to each their own I suppose ;)
