Question regarding Lithium and Heroin interaction

Ok, I did some searches in both OD and the OD Archives, but couldn't find any specific information pertaining to my question. So anyways, here it goes...
It seems as if during the first few weeks of use lithium can cause some nasty side effects, but once the body gets used to the drug the effects diminish. Anyways, does anyone know if when someone is on lithium and uses heroin if it will cause any side effects such as; nasuea, vomitting, or headaches? Because it seems as if everytime livenaked (another Bl-er on here) uses H she gets pretty sick with those symptoms and at first I thought it was because she doesn't use H very often at all (once a month tops) but even at times when she uses a few days in a row, it continues to happen. And it's not like she is taking an absurd amount, in fact sometimes she takes such a little amount I am suprised she feels it. So anyways, does anyone have any information regarding lithium and opiate reactions? I checked out the interactions rxlist.com listed for lithium it didn't mention anything about opiates at all.
So...any insight anyone? Thanks, I appreciate any help anyone may be able to provide!
 
For some reason my thread didn't show up when I went into the OD forum...however if I search for it, it will show up, so anyways i'm just trying to get it back into the forum for whatever reason it wasn't there...still looking for some help.
 
I've known 10 bag/day junkies, who also took lithium. So I doubt there is interaction.
 
Hmm...that is very relieving to hear that diatribe, at least it makes me a little less worried that the lithium is the cause behind the problems she's experiencing.
And Negro-Kitty, I am not saying that I don't believe you about the reaction, more so since others have replied with personal experiences, but do you have any hard facts to back that up. I'd just like to read something that I can show her maybe.
It may be her body's reaction to it Giraffe Skills but she used to use daily with me for like 3 or 4 months, and she never got sick like she is now. Is it possible for one's body to change the way it reacts to a certain drug? Like, could she have had no problem with it before and now have adverse reactions, does anyone know?
