Opioids Question regarding Exalgo

Does anyone have any idea exactly how Exalgo or Long Acting Hydromorphone releases it's medication? Does it release it every hour? Every 2 hours? Every 4 hours? I haven't been able to find an actual graph or information about the way the medication releases.
