Opioids question re: roa and drug testing

Can someone tell me if I used very small amounts of my pain medicine (opana ER old formula) via alternate roa in order to save medications (because doing so relieves ALL pain not just 50%) will my drug test show that I didn't take it orally? Please help - I'm very nervous. Can a drug test distinguish how much of a med was taken?
