Stimulants Question - Low dose adderall crash

I was prescribed 10mg IR adderall 2x/day. I am very cautious with medication, and I took it three days in a row and then stopped. I have had nausea and fatigue for the last 2 days since my last dose. If this is what I can expect on this low of a dose when I stop then there is no way this pill is going to work. Does anyone know of the 'hangover' effect fades as you get more used to the drug? Or am I just highly sensitive to such a low dose?
