I take Clonazepam (2 tablets at night) but I think I took an extra doze because I didnt think I took the first one..now Im worried...Will It hurt me ...I also had to take my Hydro 10 for my back...should I be worried...I wont go to sleep because Im stressing over it?

Probably nothing to worry about - Hope you're ok though.
You'll probably fall asleep faster or feel more sedated - especially with the Hydro.

Its not safe to mix opiates and clonazepam in higher dosages unless you have a massive tolerance. But assuming your normal clonazepam dose isn't too high then there's probably not a lot to worry about.

In the future though error on the side of caution. If you know you are going to be taking a pain med for your back then consider taking less of the benzo so as to not overly sedate yourself. Accidents happen though so be careful when you are mixing these drugs in the future.

Without more specific info there's not a lot more we can tell you:
What is your normal dose of clonazepam? (how many mgs?)
How long have you been taking the clonazepam
Same questions for the hydro.

Without knowing your normal dosage and relative tolerance level there's not much to be said.

You will be fine. The previous poster has the harm reduction down perfectly.

The real talk is that recreational users with your same tolerance on the forum will do 300%-500% more than this.

As other guys said, should be fine. Benzos are notoriously difficult to OD on. What dose of clonaz are you taking though?

You will be fine, it is very hard to overdose on benzodiazepines, most harm is done when they are combined with other CNS active drugs, for example alcohol or opioids.

As long as you aren't drinking alcohol, or on pain medication, you'll sleep it off if you took twice your clonazepam dose.

The joys of having a benzo script, careful not to black out and keep taking more doses since you forgot you took the last ones. Then you wake up with a blackout and think someone stole your benzos... ;)

Writing down each dose is very helpful for peace of mind. I have a drug log in a notebook in my desk. It's nice to keep track of habits if you ever want to taper off.

This is wonderful advice! I've been doing this for years. I keep a log on my iPhone. When you're taking drugs that have the potential to block the formation of memories it's really a wonderful idea to keep a written record of what you've taken. (for the short term and long term)
