Benzos Question about Xanax to Phenibut transfer

I know Phenibut can cause withdrawal after 3+ day's of use, what I was wondering is if I used Xanax for 2 day's then went into Phenibut for 2 day's would I expirence withdrawal since they are both gabaergics? Or does it not matter because they are different substances? I have used some L-Theanine also. I just got clean from H using Kratom which was the miracle that saved me, and I do NOT want to suffer any more withdrawals. It took me a month+ of trying everything to get clean and Kratom was the only thing that worked.
 
And the reason I'm using the Xanax is because I tapered myself off the kratom during 6 day's of usage to get off the H, and wanted to be able to sleep for the small withdrawal I have left and I thought using Xanax for 2 day's then Phenibut for 2 day's would really help me through. Any opinions would be highly appreciated..

Are u already benzo tolerant? Why the worry exactly? If such short time/small doses.

Congrats on the kratom to get off h. I've never had kratom but it sounds like its very useful for helping get off opiates. Or maybe taper I should say.
I can't imagine it helping very high tolerances tho.

Are you just worried about depedance from using anything in general and that's why the worry?
 
No I am not benzo tolerant, and my main concern is when using phenibut you can obtain withdrawal from 3+ day's of usage, thus my question being is if I used Xanax for 2 day's then Phenibut for 2 day's if it would count similar to 4 day's of phenibut usage since they are both gabaergics?
 
Phenibut lowers your seizure threshold and does not help with GABA-A (benzo) withdrawal. Do not use phenibut for GABA-A withdrawal unless your physical addiction to benzos are minimal.
 
I have no physical addiction to benzos, only 2 1mg footballs of Xanax over 2 day's, then the transfer to phenibut for 2 day's.
 
My pet snake takes the liftemode brand of phenibut 3 times a week and has been taking it this way for the last 6 months at high doses without any problem and eachtime he takes it still has the same magic it did the very first time he took it...here is the trick so pay close attention..he takes phenibut Monday at 4 grams followed by 60 mg of DXM tuesday followed by 4 gram of phenibut that Wednesday followed by 60 mg of DXM Thursday followed by 4 grams of phenibut on friday followed by 60 mg DXM on saturday and take sunday off from both substances and then repeat the same agenda the following week....the trick I have learned is that DXM keeps me for gaining any kind of phenibut tolerance what so ever...all I have to say is my life is great lol I am also juggling three girlfriends
