Question about vouchers

Today when at the dosing window at my clinic I overheard a patient at the next window talking to the nurse about her vouchers. how do u go about finding out about these. like whether my clinic is part of a voucher program? YOu would think the simple answer would b ask a nurse. well u wouldnt get an answer from anyone at my clinic. I have overheard some nurses refer to us (patients) as junkies. (one of the councelors was fired for calling a patient a junkie to their face when they came to b admitted. this patient was my sister.

ask the nurse to speak to a supervisor or physician in charge, or if you poke around the place a bit find one and go up to them and ask yourself, conversely you can just call the place anonymously and ask them over the phone if they participate in the voucher program and how it works.
