He is prescribed 50mg trazzys but I'm not uses if the mg could make a difference because they are not a controlled substance. Any thoughts? He is using them for sleep

Legal discussion isnt allowed. Law enforcement can make many decisions when there are unknown pills in your car. Keep them in a bottle and preferably at home.

I was just wondering if the mg difference from his prescription would make a difference since it isnt a controlled substance.. I just worded it wrong

I am no mod, but dont think they will allow. In the US, it is technically illegal to have any drug on you that is not prescribed. How much this enforced? Almost never but you want to chance it while being pulled over?

I was just using being pulled over as an example but the person that I was asking this for is going to be on probation soon and was wondering if his po came over to search his house and found them if it would be a violation or not. A few people in our area said it wouldn't matter but I wasn't sure so I told him I would look if up just to be 100% sure

Being on probation, I wouldnt risk anything. As I said, it is technically illegal. Besides, it is not like you can get off on trazodone. Just keep them away from this person if you are their friend.

Bluelight used to have a legal discussion forum but it was discontinued. Sorry I have to close this.
