Question about test results section.

OK I only test with the Mecke test and it ask what color. I am thinking you are wanting the first color before the color change to black. I am right?

I am told that Mecke doesn't fully turn black, but a blue/green, which can appear as black. (Sorry, I use Marquis, had to ask someone "in the know".)

I would put the color that the Mecke changed before it sat on a plate for more than 25-20 seconds. Just my .02.
