Question about Tar H

Where I live there is on tar heroin available. I smoke maybe a .5 a day. I have a rather trustworthy connect.
The stuff that I get is always soft,sticky and the usual dark to amber color. Its decent enough stuff.
The last 2 times I have got something, it us extremely hard. It basically looks and feels like coal or asohalt. It is not sticky at all. Also the stuff that I normally get tastes like coffee. This stuff tastes different.
The biggest difference that I don't like us the high is different. This stuff makes me very tired. It lasts longer but it makes me very tired all damn day. Does anyone know what us making it different or has anyone else come across tar like this? Is it maybe a cut I should be worried about? Any info would be great. Thanks.

let me guess, the second one tastes more sour. like vinegar? (the hard coal like stuff)

it could be cut different. allowed to dry longer.

the first stuff was obviously cut with some coffee (i heard about that method sometimes)

the second stuff was most likely cut with vinegar and ....brown sugar?

the high was more sedating...i suspect because it was just from a different genetic phenotype of the poppy plant.

the textures of Black tar heroin can change depending on if it were cut with some kind of sugar in the process...high temps can make the result brittle, whereas cooking to cut it at low temps will produce more syrupy texture.

just go by what you like and what you find safer and more reliable.
