Opioids Question about storing oxymorphone solution.....

I have been thinking about throwing some of an opana into water and letting it break down overnight. I figured I could microfilter the solution, but it would take me quite a while to get rid of say 20mg in solution. What is the best way to make a solution that would last a day or two so that I'm not "forced" to do more than I really want too, or have to go on a day's long binge to so I'm not throwing away money. Also, it there would be little or no chemical breakdown of the good stuff in that time would there? I mean if all else fails, I could boil it and get it into a sterile vial asap, or am I basically forced to leave it at the say 6 hour mark?

P.S. Could this be done with morphine as well? I'm not one of those people in a rush to IV things, I'll wait a day or two if I have too, and I know soaking these pills in water is the best way to defeat the time release, but everyone always wants to do it right then. I'm looking to make a solution that would last. A version of having a vial of morphine or oxymorphone from the hostpital

So I want to make a bacterostatic solution. I didn't see on there how long it would last, but CH said he used just tap water up to two days out and was fine, I'd say the bacteriostatic solution would get me a good 4 days total if I were to make a solution.
