Greeting guys, I was on suboxone for 8 months and tapered off and stoped at 0.0625 with minimal WD. I have been off subs for 4 weeks. I experienced a lack of motivation so bad that I ended up scoring some H. I have smoked just a TINY tiny amount in the afternoon for the past 3 days. By small I mean like a point or 2 MAX each day. I am curious if I do not smoke anymore . Will I experience withdrawls from that small amount? I am going on a cruise and I do not want to be sick. Any info would be appreciated greatly...THX in advance

3 days is usually about the max amount of time someone can use without experiencing any withdrawals, (at least someone who has already developed a habit and gotten clean a few times)..however, it is certainly possible to become psychically dependent at just 2 days of usage. But with your small dosing..and only using 3 days in a row, there's a good chance if you stop now you won't get strung out.

If you only used 3 days you may experience a very low level of withdrawal.. I mean 3 days is not enoguh time for anything serious.. but you will probably be a little lethargic/depressed for a day or two at most. Psychologically...well youve opened pandoras box after being off sub for 4 weeks. Once you get that full agonist in you you have just rekindled the flame a bit.. don't allow any more air to hit it other wise BAM you will with it was only 3 days you used instead of 3 years lol.

eat good, excercise, take your vitamins, and drink plenty of fluids.. stay positive as can be and try and stay active
