Bupe question about sjw and bupe

if people have got high from it what order did you do and dose range
for IE did you take sjw first then your bupe or your bupe first then sjw
how long did you wait inbetween and then my other question is what dosage of
bupe you took to get a nod thats all im focused on is nodding off my bupe again
it would be a pleasure any info much appreciated

cause i have some theory of taking it orally like just popping it and so the buprenorphine doesnt take over and just metabolizes into norbupe with the st johns wort cause obviously just throwing subs down the hatchet dont work and i know people say less is more but you know! i was also wondering maybe taking a small dose 1.5mg IVed then take 600mg SJW after would make any bupe that did make it threw all just norbupe

Thought this was a question about social justice warriors and bupe, and wondered whether they supported or opposed it.

As I have stated before, a single dose of SWJ is useless. This is because, unlike enzyme inhibition, enzyme induction is not an instantaneous process. Rather, enzyme induction occurs over the course of a few days after taking multiple doses of a particular inducer.

SWJ is an effective CYP3A4 inducer, but it takes a few days for the effects to become noticeable.

If you had used the search engine, you'd see that I had already posted a study about this very subject, which said that SWJ significantly increased CYP3A4 after multiple doses we're admistered. Since I'm nice, I'll likely dig it up and post it again.

So if you really want to induce buprenorphine metabolism, it will take a few days of taking high doses of SWJ. But honestly, I wouldn't bother, I mean it would be interesting to see what an experienced user thinks about norbupe, BUT all evidence indicates it isn't a very effective analgesic.

What MOA do you use? If you IV or snort it, simply going 72h without will lower your tolerance enough that a good dose will have you nodding, especially if taken with a benzo or 1st generation anti-histamine.( Hydroxyzine or pronethazine are the best, doxylamine and diphenhydramine are the best OTC).

If sublingual, it will take longer, but tolerance drops extremely rapidly during WD, I have went a week without IV bupe before, and then couldn't keep my fucking eyes open after injecting like 0.5mg!!! Of course, intentionally going 3-4 days without is damn near impossible, but the first few doses of buprenorphine are so good after that, it is honestly worth it.(this is because buprenorphine feels like a full agonist when you have a very low tolerance, and I swear, after 3-4 days without(usually involuntary, in my case!) the first dose feels like fucking heroin, the next few doses are great too if you wait 12 hr between, but after just a few days, it's like a partial agonist again )...
