Question about serotonin syndrome

Need help, piperazine and meth combo feeling terrible

Today I smoked a few hits of meth and snorted half of an oxy15, I was feeling great then a friend offered me an ecstasy pill that was a superman pokeball(I'm positive it was a piperazine) I took the pill and a hour later I started to feel really shitty and spacey.
What is the dangers of that combo i feel a little bit better now but I want to take another 15mg oxy and drink a few beers to easy myself out of this uncomfortable feeling. Am I at risk for serotonin syndrome if I take that oxy? And comments of knowledge would be great.

No the oxy won't put you at risk of SS. It deals with a different system in the brain. I honestly would have already downed that sucker and knocked a couple back, having gotten potentially piped.

Thanks for the response, it's truly a nasty combo that totally ruined the nice high that I had going. God piperazines fucking suck. Do you or anyone else have any more info on the safety of piperazine and methamphetamine?

Well, im certain it's a combination that has been consumed by a lot of people. I can only imagine the amount of fake E pills that contained pipes and meth instead of mdma and/or mda. It's definitely not safe to combine any stimulants technically, and i would not recommend this combination intentionally. But you took it accidentally. May have to deal with psychosis but the oxy should curb that a lot and i think you'll be fine. Test your pills from now on

Okay thanks for the insight, I'm going to take that oxy and drink a beer to relax a little, btw the pill was very psychedelic, I'm not sure what piperazine analogs affect the serotonin subtype receptors that would exhibit psychedelic property's, but there were visuals and that strange mind set one gets from psychedelics

i can't answer the question but serotonin syndrome has to be the worst feeling on the planet (worse than any withdrawal too.)

Dont know if i ever got SS and the physical effects and toxicity but OD on like 8 or so tabs at the end of my usage period resulted in full blown depersonization and derealization 2 days after the usage and lasted for two days which would be the only thing id consider worse then SS or anything other drug related side effect or withdrawal symptom. Literally having no emotions going through your day like some programmed robot in a gray empty world is the worst thing ever.

That feeling of looking at a loved one and feeling nothing, no negative or positive emotions, simply nothing, not a care if they lived or died right then and there. We are all used to negative emotions and mental states but having no emotion is a completely different foreign alien unnatural feeling most people are completely unfamiliar with and you never want to experience. Your emotions are basically what make you human.

Yeah dont mix the stims or downers of the same or similar mechanism of action but a single type of each major upper/downer class so should be fine if done carefully, as in GABA drugs or Opiates with either a dopamine or serotonin stim.

Personally I will never mess with Serotonin based substances ever again, it has such a low tolerance for abuse before it rapes your brain. Dopamine on the other hand seems far more forgiving without any withdrawals, lingering or long term issues no matter how badly you take advantage of it.

People always go on about coke and especially meth and how bad it is but what you should really be afraid of is MDMA in terms of potential long term or permanent life changing mental effects, and any other Serotonin based substances or combinations. Either SS can kill you right then and there or the long term mental changes can make you want to die rather then live with.
