Hello I have recently been diagnosed with bipolar II and am currently on 100mg Lamictal once a day. I am planning on going to a festival this weekend and am strongly considering doing mushrooms (done em in the past and love em). My question is the interaction between the 100 MG lamictal and mushrooms, i have read that there is no affect and i have read that lamictal can kill the trip. Concerned about this i bring this question to bluelight. Any answers would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Lamotrigine is a sodium channel modulator, it shouldn't have an interaction with psilocybin mushrooms.
Taking psychedelics while you have a psyche disorder like bipolar is not recommended due to the risk of anxiety, racing thoughts and discomfort.
