Opioids Question about peak concentration in urine

My question is regarding when a morphine pill has its highest concentration in the urine. I am scheduled for a urine test on Monday morning at my regular monthly pain clinic appointment, but only have one pill left and don't want to take it until the right time. Can someone please tell me when my urine will have the highest concentration of morphine so that when they take my urine it is at its peak? Take into consideration that based on the time of the appointment the urine test will be taken between 10 and 10:30am Monday morning, and that I have a bladder issue which results in some urine retention even after I eliminate. Thank you.

Peak plasma of oral morphine is about an hour after consumption.
If your appointments run late, I would chew it in the parking lot just before going in.
If the office runs on time, I'd take it before leaving home.
They're probably not going to analyst the concentration as much as just make sure you have SOME morphine in you
