Opioids Question about OC Time release(no this isn't how to defeat it.)

Ok so we all know the new OPs can't be broken down, it sucks but shit happens. My question is I get 60 80mg OCs now OPs a month and this month I was like WTF as I had no idea of new ones. I'm looking at this as hopefully a way to ween off and bring my tolerance down since taking them how they are intended takes longer to make you feel shitty from WDs. Now to my question I normally take about 45mg instant release at a time and with these new ones I have to just take with the time release on it and I've looked everywhere as to how much 1 80mg oxy with coating on taken whole puts out each hour. Is it say 10mg a hour for 8 hrs or something similar?? Sorry if this has been answered but I have googled and looked on here for a answer.


Thanks, maybe this whole new formula will help with my control and my intake.
 
I think its about 6.5mg/hr for 12 hrs.

Thanks man i appreciate it. I know it sucks with the new formula out but actually taking it the way it's intended seems like I will take a fraction of what I was doing. I want to take subs but within like 8-9 hrs I usually get restless and my mind wants it and i begin the sweats so I take more cause I can't see having to wait 14more hours until I can take the sub safely at least I shouldn't feel shitty so soon taking these normally. Instead of 10 30mg roxi's a day if I can get down to 2-2.5 OCs and then slowly taper seems realistic......hopefully. Sorry for rambling on but now you can kinda see why I want to know how they work and I'm also curious if this worked for anyone else.

Have you been reading those threads about how to "beat" the new OP time release??

I think they have 1 or 2 decent methods conjured up allready. Allthough maybe your not the type to go all "science lab" on your pills and I respect that, I probably wouldnt waste my time doing chemical experiments just to abuse my drugs.

I think they said that if you shred the pills into litte "shavings" or pieces, i dont really know how to do this or what form the "pieces" will be in but I know they have figured out a way to do this....and then stick it inside a tea bag without the tea in it, and stick it under your tounge, its supposed to work significantly better than just orally taking it....and you have the benefit of not having to use solvents and chemical reactions to extract the oxy.

(I think the oxycodone gets absorbed trough the bag membranes into your saliva but the time release "gel" stays inside the bag)
 
Its actually not a certain amount an hour, it releases around 40% of the dose within the first hour, then the rest of the time is a slow steady release of the rest which keeps the levels steady in your blood

I think it was more like that with the old OC's, but the new OP's are different i think....

like I said...6.5mg's/hr...12 hr's

The only thing that has changed is making it harder to abuse,how its released is the same. Think about it, if it was 6.5 an hour u wouldnt have a steady level at all in ur blood, it would keep getting higher and higher, and for the first few hours u wouldnt feel anything if u have enough tolerance to be taking an 80. Everything is still the same as before as far as how the time release works, thats why they feel the exact same as the old ones orally like there meant to be taken. They just made them harder to abuse

So what I'm getting from y'alls responses is it puts out about 30mg instantly and then the rest slowly release's into your body?? Am I right??
