Question about nomans dmt tek

Hi all hope your having a good night/day just a quick question for anyone who has experience or may be able to help me. Can you use acacia maidenii instead of misoma hostillis root bark ?

If I'm not mistaken that bark has a pretty low dmt concentration. I'd just go with acacia confusa and do a a/b extraction following think-lights tek off the dmt-nexus. Just my 2c lol
