Question about neurotoxicity and overuse?

Hi, so I'm 18 years old and I have taken mephedrone on four occasions (all spaced approx two months apart, each less than 0.5g a session except for one binge) as well as methylone approximately three weeks ago (only about 200mg). Besides this I have not done any other drugs, however, I am eager to use MDMA. Theres a really great rave at the end of december (two months after methylone) that I want to have this first experience at, however, I am extremely paranoid about neurotoxicity as I am a Pharmacy student and therefore need my memory skills in excellent shape. However, I have also read that these RC's are less neurotoxic generally and that spacing and moderation is key to reducing neurotoxicity, as well as pre and post loading with antioxidants. Any advice here? Would usage at the end of december with three weeks after to recover during winter break be neurotoxic or cause memory issues? It would be my first time with MDMA and I have only used meph/methylone 5 times before. Thank you!

It's very unlikely a single use of MDMA will lead to memory problems(as long as you dose within the realm of reason - no more than 200mg during the session) and three weeks should be plenty of time for you to recover from it. It's also advised not to redose more than once(and a redose should be no more than 1/2 your initial dose - remember MDMA has non-linear pharmacokinetics).

It's always a good idea to preload with anxtioxidants to mitigate oxidative stress and postload with 5HTP to help your serotonin stores replenish faster.

It goes without saying you should buy a test kit to make sure you're getting MDMA.

MDMA's purported 'neurotoxicity' has been grossly exaggerated by the scientific media (published journals).
