Question about nausea and hydroxine on opiates

Since the hydroxine will potenate the opiate will it make the high feel stronger with even less nausea or does it allow you to just feel higher or nod easier with the same amount of sickness that youd feel if u hadnt taken it

When taken 45 mins before the opiate it will intensify the euphoria and it should help with any nausea that might be present.

When would u take it before taking methadone since it takes like 2 hours to peak? 1 hour after ingestion
