I know that these types of questions are not supposed to be asked by I feel that mine may be something that hasn't been answered.

I have been going to my pain management clinic for 6 months now. I noticed one time that there was a blank copy of the 15 panel drug screen on the wall. I did not see a spot for Oxymorphone anywhere. I remember seeing Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, and Opiates(morphine). Oh yeah there was also one for Bup.

Every month I have gone, my analysis shows clean and no opiates whatsoever. I just found out from the nurse yesterday when she was a bit frazzled that apparently every month I have been going I piss clean but once my specimen makes it to the lab they show plenty of Oxymorphone in my system. She said they have only seen a few people have this issue. Can someone chime in and give some ideas or thoughts on why this is happening?

Thanks in advance

Your name is opanaexpress. Opana is oxymorphone.... Perhaps the fact that you use oxymorphone is why you are testing positive for it.

** I should have been more specific and told you all that I am taking Opana ER 20 mg twice daily. I am sorry I left that out. I know I am taking oxymorphone. The problem is it's not showing up in my urine test every month at my pain doc. Like it's supposed to. Once they send it to the lab it shows plenty in my urine specimen. I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas as to why it won't show on the 15 panel test at the dr. office but will show up when sent to the lab?
