Question about MPH (Ritalin) tolerance

I obtained 15 10mg ritalins and sniffed 40mg yesterday. I did about 45mg again today, and i realized that those are both 2 high doses. I want to try 20mg and see if i need 30, tomorrow or sunday, but do i need to wait for tolerance to go down?

It would be better course of action if you wanted a little more accurate judge of how tolerance works for you in stims, as well as finding your 'sweet spot dosage'
