Stimulants Question about methedrone

A few mates came over for a leaving party and two of us done 4grams of methedrone between us. I'm aware of the effect of it but one effect that kind of amazed me was the face of a friend changed. Like it wasnt his face. I knew it was a my friend but his face turnt into someone's that I didn't know. Has anyone els ever had this effect after taking methedrone if so what excactly cause this certain effect?
 
Yeah ive had crazy hallucinations after too much methedrone. Faces changing, vomiting worms etc...
Maybe try having less next time.
