Hi guys. I am soon starting up on methylpenidate for my adhd. The thing is I tried MDPV with a friend of mine some time ago and i quite liked the effects. The MDPV was dissolved in a nasal spray. My friend estimated I ingested around 3-5 mgs of MDPV. I really enjoyed the effects. My mind felt calm and collected instead of scattered and all over the place wich is usually the case, and this is the effect i hope to achieve from the Ritalin. Can someone who is experienced with these two stimulants please tell me how much Ritalin five mgs of MDPV equates to? Thanks for any replies :)

I've had experience with both Ritalin and Focalin. I've also had experience with MDPV that was taken by mouth and properly weighed. The dose of MDPV was spot on 5mg, it felt like 60mg of Ritalin and 20mg of Focalin. If I had all 3 in front of me and not going from memory iI could offer you a better comparison. The wiki shit is more like an assumption clearly not accurate.

:| It says 8x now? A long time ago it said 4x....

Thanks for the replies guys. Will be starting up tomorrow on 10 mg x 3. The doc says we can increase the dose up to around 30 mg x 3 depending on how I react. Am I expecting to much from this ritalin thing or what? I would just really love to feel the way MDPV made me feel.

Try somewhere around 20-40mg. Wiki used to suggest MDPV was 8x the potency of methylphenidate.

This. Methylphenidate is at least 4-5 times weaker than MDPV. Also, these drugs get compared a lot as being similar-MDPV is ALOT more addictive and euphoric IMO. Methylphenidate is utter shit, but that's my Oppinion. Give Focalin a try, it's similar but contains only the Dextro isomer of Methylphenidate, and is thought to be 2-3 times stronger as well. I still hate it, but its better than ritalin/methilyn. I would really recomend you go with an amphetamine like Adderall, Dexadrine, or Vyvanse. I have been without amphetamines for months (and without a doctor), and though I'm learning to cope, my life quality is way shitier. I hope that will change soon.

Thanks for the suggestions but Ritalin and other methylphenidate based medications are the only ones approved for the treatment of AD/HD in my country. That and Strattera. If i lived in the U.S i would probably already be on dextroamphetamine for my MS fatigue

ahhh, how I dream of America, where Xanax bars grow on trees and people look at you funny if you DONT use dextroamphetamine :)
