hello all, 2 days ago i consumed some dayquil because i had a cold. over the day i took 6 capsules- that's 60 mg dxm. my question is ~ i have acquired some legit MDMA and was wandering if its safe to roll 48 + hours after consuming the dayquil?

I can't imagine a reason why it wouldn't be okay 
I looked at the ingredients and pharmacological information for it just now and I don't see any potential interactions that would occur two days after taking it (unless I'm missing something- anybody else see anything?). In Canada (not in the US anymore, but in most other countries as well) it contains pseudoephedrine, which can cause some vasoconstriction and maybe slightly increased blood pressure, but the half-life of PE is 8-16 hours so the amount left in your body right now is very minimal. In the US its active ingredient is phenylephrine which also increased blood pressure and heart rate as well, but its half-life is about 3 hours so you would also have the tiniest amount of it left in your body right now. You should be good to go!

Dude your crazy.. it most certainly isn't OK to take MDMA after DXM.
after 48 hours the risk is minimal, but I would still avoid it. Seizures are not fun, do what you can to avoid them.

Oh god, good catch. I didn't see that DXM was a main active ingredient. I'm not very familiar with DXM and did not see it immediately on the list until you said something. Glad you commented. It's impossible to predict how they will interact (even if the DXM is mostly out of your system by the time you roll) and your serotonin will definitely require a few more days to replenish. If you had taken one I wouldn't have been against it, but 6 caplets in a day is on the higher end of dosage so if I were in your situation I would wait at least a week, if not two or more.
