For the last year, I've abused and been heavily addicted to Lyrica. I've at times used extremely heavy doses of 1200-1500 mg.
A couple of months ago I decided that enough is enough, and I slowly started tapering properly. From 600 mg to 25 mg, by decreasing the dose by 50-25 mg every week. It went quite fine. I dropped it completely 8 days ago, with zero withdrawal, from 25 mg to stopping completely. I have now been 8 days without it, and have slept well, and have had no anxiety whatsoever. However, today I had some kind of "relapse" and took the last 300 mg I had. I just wanted to relax and enjoy the euphoria. 300 mg got me completely wasted, my tolerance has basically gone to zero. Previously, I would have had to take 1500+ mg to be as wasted as I am now. I am not going to continue using it, as it was the last pill I had.
I'm fully aware that it wasn't the smartest thing to do to take 300 mg today. Do you think this one dose could "re-activate" the withdrawal?
