Does allergy medicine prevent you from tripping on LSD? I was wondering because I just got some claritin for allergies.

Some of the older antihistamines diminish LSD's effects by blocking other receptors - Hydroxyzine (Vistaril, Atarax) for example, is an antagonist at the 5HT2A serotonin receptor, which is the primary target for most psychedelics.
Claritin, however, should not pose a problem in that regard.

OTC ones won't. I take claritin daily and benadryl nightly and have never had any issues. In fact, just had the best lsd trip of my life last night!
