Hi all! I just have a quick question and was hoping you guys could help me out. Let's say I banged 2mg Dilaudid 3 times on Wednesday. It is now Saturday. And I had to take a random drug test at work this morning. Would that Dilaudid still how up in my urine? Everything I've read says 2-3 days, which in that case, I should be good, but I'd like to hear personal experiences with this. No other drugs are in my system except Xanax which I have a valid prescription for and I do not abuse, I take it as ordered. But I am a bit worried that the Dilaudid will show up, as I have no prescription for this. I don't think it'll show up, but I'm' still kinda scared.
At work this morning they kind of just sprung the drug test on me (one of their random ones) and of course I complied. And after I left work I went straight to Wal-Mart and bought one of those at-home drug testing kits that tests for 12 different drugs, including several prescription drugs. It's supposed to have a 99% accuracy rate. Anyway, Everything was totally negative on it except for the benzos, which I expected since I have a prescription for Xanax. But my boss already knows about my prescription for Xanax and said that is not a problem. I the main thing they're looking for is opiates since that's what we deal with the most in my line of work. And the opiates was totally negative. So, I am good.....right??
