I usually take 30mg of Norco(4 to 5 tablets) to get a good buzz but has been taking Kratom (I just recently found out about kratom and tried it for the 1st time last week) while waiting for my new scrip for Norco. I am prescribed Norco for my back but uses a 30 day supply in 2 weeks. I will get my new scrip in 3 days. I am wondering if anyone has experience switching from Kratom to Norco in regards to tolerance. Should I expect to have to take more Norco to get the same effect that I did before I tried Kratom?

We don't use SWIM here. We know its you, and it makes it hard to read your posts. Also, its "Norco" not "NORCO". I'm going to edit your post so its easier to read and uses proper pronouns.

Kratom will increase or at least maintain your Norco (hydrocodone) tolerance yes, but I doubt it will have increased it that much that you'll have to increase your Norco dosage.

IME you may have to increase it somewhat if you take kratom regularly. I'm not sure how many times you've taken it, but...

I literally got my first package of Kratom last week. I don't like it as much as Norco and haven't had any previous issues with drug use until I had back surgery. I started taking more than I probably needed a few months ago(I have a legal scrip that is supposed to last me 30 days but it usually lasts 2 weeks). I am using Kratom a couple times a week now(basically to keep me satisfied during the time period I finish my script and get a new one). I have been using the same measured amount of the Kratom. My main concern is just that I don't want to ruin the Norco "effectiveness"(i.e. have to take more Norco to get the same effect as I am used to) b/c I'm impatient and don't want to wait for my new scrip. Ultimately, I will find out Friday about the tolerance issue b/c I will have my refill but I wanted to see if anyone had a similar experience.
