a family member took one hit off of a k2 joint two years she was 13 at the time. what happened to her right after she inhalled it she says that she actually died and saw the devil. her friends said she was unresponsive for ten minutes. well thats nothing compared to the hell she lives everyday of her life now. she has changed so much. she feels she is no longer in her body. she is stuck in a dream she says. angry, emotional, tired. her whole life has changed. shes thought about suicide. i dont know if she ever will snap out if this "bad trip"

Are you sure she hasn't smoked more than once? Either she's in a full blown psychosis or possibly the stuff she smoked was seriously concentrated and did some damage to her young brain. I don't understand how it can happen from 1 puff though. Maybe some smarter people with more experience can help out. I've smoked the stuff for about 2 months when I had absolutely no access to anything. Other than sometimes feeling like I was going to have a heart attack and die and full blown panic attacks with mild hallucinations at the peak of the high, I seem to be fine. Though I regret ever smoking it because I was definitely smoking a decent amount per day.

The problem with all these "synthetic canniboids" is that they aren't that, they're herbal incense. Their purpose is to be ignited to promote an enticing odor, not be used recreationally.
ALL of these have a label warning "not intended for human consumption," even the blends that advertise otherwise with names like Sour Kush, Power Diesel, Spice High have this caution on them... deceptive and vile; I know.
The ingredients are unknown, just a bunch of random plants that smell good. Recreational use isn't advised since we don't even know what's in these spices, even the manufacturers agree as I already mentioned.
There have been TOO MANY poor souls whose last breathe was this toxic, I even have friends who met the same unfortunate fate.
