I purchased the Ez test sample pack a few years back. When it arrived the kit had bottles leaking, poorly packaged. The kit came in very handy for the few tests I could get out of the sample kit. However due to the leaking bottles I choose not order a complete kit.

My question`s are,has everyone had good deliveries? Was this just possibly a one time bad packaging on their part? So please let me know if their deliveries are good ,because I really need to invest in a kit.I would rather buy an EZ test and support Bluelight than go to the other suppliers.

I ordered an EZ test Marquis kit a few days ago and received the dispatch confirmation email today so I'll post again once it arrives with more details :)

I received mine in four days including the the actual ship day. Just got it today and it arrived in fine shape.

A friend apparently has another on the way from EZ-Test as his got lost in the mail. Probably just bad luck and he'll end up with two down the road when it finally gets delivered.

It's just arrived. The 5ml glass bottle had the instructions wrapped around it which ensured it was a snug fit inside a little plastic tub. Both the bottle and the tub had tamper seals on them, and it all came in a nice discreet looking padded envelope. Couldn't really have asked for better packaging or service :)

Other than the fact that that the billing name on my paypal account was Spank Enterprises....lol

I got an ez-extreme kit from eztest.com only a few months back and it was in good condition. No leaks and seals on all the bottles that you have to snap on 1st open.

I got an ez-complete back in 2005 from eztest.com. If I remember rightly despite having all the seals, the lids on one or two of the bottles was not completely on tight luckily there was no spilling. Unfortunately after lending it to a friend he was a bit careless and didn't tighten the lids enough. There was a bit of leaking. The Marquis leaked and dissolved half the label on the bottle as well as the reactions sheet.

Now what I do is 1st time I buy a test kit is get a plastic baggie for the reagent sheets so they won't get eaten by acid from a spill! Also every time I use my test kit I wipe the bottle around the threaded part then I also wipe inside the lid after use. I make sure I use a new bit of tissue for each bottle not to mix and contaminate them! This way there is not even the slightest bit of leaking acid.

Lesson has been learned, right? Next time, politely complain about the damages due to poor shipping or packaging. Request replacement of the damaged items, and they might just take care of the situation for free. It can't hurt.
