idk how things work in austrailia, but here in the US i cant picture a hospital administering tramadol, as its very weak for pain. also, was this medication given to you as an injection? if it was, it definitely wasnt tramadol, since most of its opioid action is caused by the M1 metabolite. temazepam sounds much more likely, as its a very good sedative.

Triazolam is a very potent sedative aswell
