Opioids Question about dosage - Noob

Hey guys,

I got some Acet/Caff/Codeine from my wisdom teeth. I'm going to extract the codeine using the CWE method, I'm just wondering how many pills do I need to crush for the dosage? I'm a first timer to opiads but I want to feel a good high.

The ratio is 300/15/30
Acet/Caff/Codeine

If you have never used opioids before you likely won't require enough to warrant doing a CWE. There's not much point on doing a CWE on 2 pills, since that's only 600mg of APAP and it's not very effective to CWE small quantities of pills anyway. Different people respond to codeine very differently, so I would just start with 2 pills like Ho-Chi-Minh said.

Thanks for answering, so do I just take two pills or do I use the CWE method for 2 pills?
Also I want to get really high as possible.

I heard its atleast 250mg for a noob codein user, taking two pills is only 60 mg total.

250mg seems way too high a starting dose for someone who has never used any opioids before, and whenever you are trying a drug for the first time you don't know how you are going to react to it so it's best to start with a reasonable dose. Some people get bad side effects from codeine, some people are very sensitive to it, some people don't feel much from it. You can always take more later :).

We aren't here to help people get "as high as possible" but to use drugs more safely and it's impossible for us to know how you will react to codeine because everyone is so different. Also do you know what kind of effects to expect from codeine?

For 2 pills I don't think a CWE would work (or be of much point).

Thanks for answering, so do I just take 2 pills orally now and thats it ?
I doubt it will do anything imo.
Now I have tried tramadol in the past but that was a long time ago, whats specific dose in your opinion would allow me to get a similar high to tramadol?
 
If your opiate naive then 2-3 pills will be a good starting point and up to 4 pills would be safe. Over that and the apap will be a problem. Its hard to compare tramadol because the high is different but I would say 90mg codeine is about equal to 50mg of tramadol. Also have an anti-histamine ready because if your senstive to the codeine then the histamine rush will make your face feel like its swelling, very rarely dangerous but always uncomfortable. Dont redose before 4-5 hrs because of the apap.

I can only keep repeating what I already said about how codeine effects different people VERY differently, so doses are going to vary a lot from person to person. Also it does not give a very similar effect to tramadol.

My recommendation is to start with 2 pills, wait 1-2 hrs to see how it affects you and then you can decide if you want to take more or not.

It's ok to take 3000mg of APAP in a 24 hr period, and 1000mg at once or in a 4-6 hr period, (not something you want to do every day though of course). These guidelines are also being on the extra-cautious side.

I agree the only real necessity for CWE is when you have to take a high dose and it's bad to take so much APAP. I agree take 2 see how you feel.
